Who do you follow? Do they guide you to the path you believe in?

You have exhausted all options.

I have been very fortunate in my career to land in pockets of many organisations that gave me the trust, freedom &/or support to experiment and implement my preferred way of working. Of course, why would I write this blog if I have not had the experience of being constrained to work within the style and approaches dictated by managers too?
